Julie Rubio – Producer, Director, Writer
Julie launched East Meets West Productions with the nationwide distribution and release of Yoga Can Balance Your Life. Her second DVD in the series Yoga for Weight Loss is in post production. Julie’s short film comedy Del Cielo (Of Heaven) premiered at the 2006 Napa Sonoma Wine Valley Film Festival and is an official selection of the 2006 Los Angeles International Latino Film Festival and 2006 San Francisco Bay Area Latino Film Festival. Her feature-length screenplay Six Sex Scenes And A Murder began production in April 2006 with principal photography scheduled for completion in November 2006. Julie’s putting the finishing touches on her latest screenplay The Boston Heist, a feature in development with Julie producing and Marc Fusco directing. Julie produced the short film Soledad is Gone Forever in 2005 for Haiku Films. Her short film Impression had its world premiere at The Orinda Film Festival and screened at the Napa Valley and Oakland International Film Festivals. A theatrical and film producer, Julie has acted in narrative films and documentaries in Los Angeles, New York and London. Julie helps keep her busy life in balance by teaching Hatha Yoga.

Marty Rosenberg – Cinematographer
Marty’s mastery behind the camera can be seen in more than 40 internationally acclaimed feature films and a host of documentaries, short films, and commercials. In a career spanning more than 23 years, Marty’s worked as visual effects director of cinematography on War of The Worlds, Star Wars: Episodes I, II, and III, Mission Impossible, State of the Union, The Pacifier, Van Helsing, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Planet of the Apes, Jurassic Park III, Pearl Harbor, and Space Cowboys. Marty’s work behind the camera can be seen on the recent Eric Escobar film One Weekend A Month which received a 2005 Sundance Short Filmmaking Award Honorable Mention.

Anthony Lucero – Editor
Anthony is an award-winning filmmaker and editor whose most recent film “I Need My Mocha” garnered a Best Short Award at the 2005 Bay Area International Latino Film Festival. His editing prowess can be seen in Eric Escobar’s “One Weekend a Month” which received an Honorable Mention at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival. Anthony launched his filmmaking career more than ten years ago working as an Editor and Visual Effects Editor at Industrial Light and Magic and Tippett Studios. He has edited numerous documentaries and short films that have won festival awards around the world. An Oakland, California native, Anthony holds a B. A. in Film from San Francisco State University.

Ramona Maramonte – Co-Producer
Ramona has worked in the entertainment industry for more than 25 years as a performing artist and in behind the scenes  film production.  Most recently, Ramona worked on the Bay Area production of Soledad Is Gone Forever and appeared in the short Del Cielo for East Meets West Productions. She lives in the East Bay with her husband and three children. 

Jaclyn Chessen – Co-Producer
Jaclyn began her film career as a Los Angeles-based publicist working on such award-winning Miramax films as Chicago, Gangs of New York, Frida, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, The Quiet American, Rabbit Proof Fence, Tadpole and Dirty Pretty Things. She’s worked most recently in the San Francisco Bay Area on numerous independent films including The Hamiltons, Broken Arrows and The Confessional.

Karen Lew – Assistant Editor
Karen started her career in film in just the past year. She's worked on several independent films around the Bay Area including Our Feature Presentation, Delusion and Harrison Montgomery. She is pursuing a career in editing and has edited several videos including a corporate video for Pacific Gas and Electric Company and a video for the city of Union City.

Richard Anthony Crenna, Jr. – Nick Hamilton
Richard launched his career in film and television appearing in the mini series On The Wings of Eagles. He can be seen in the recent films Critical Mass, Air Rage, Vegas Texas and The Glass House. Richard’s television films and mini-series include Murder She Wrote, The Big One: The Great Los Angeles Earthquake, After the Shock, Unnatural Causes and Frame Up. His numerous television broadcast performances include The Guardian, NCIS, Star Trek Enterprise and recurring roles on Chicago Hope and Roswell. He is an avid pro-level cyclist. When not in front of the camera, Richard spends his time cycling the hills of Southern California’s Santa Monica Mountains and on the velodrome.

Kristin Minter – Regan Price
Kristin can be seen in feature films and many popular critically acclaimed television series. Best known for her recurring role as Randi Fronzak on NBC’s ER, Kristin has appeared on Crossing Jordan, Providence, NYPD Blue, as a series regular on USA’s Good vs. Evil and in the recurring role of Sheila on The Outsiders. Kristin’s numerous feature film appearances include Nicole Holofcener’s Friends With Money, The Bread My Sweet, Diamond Men and the hit comedy, Home Alone. She can be seen alongside Charlie Hofheimer in the upcoming feature film Blur directed by John W. Kim.

Karin Grieco – The Woman
Karin began professional modeling at the age of 15 and soon graced the runways of Milan, Spain, London, New York, and Mexico City. She won Mexico City’s model of the year in 1997. Traveling all over the world, Karin’s career expanded to working in advertising, commercials, television, music videos, and film. She has appeared in Cosmopolitan, Vogue, and In Style magazines and in music videos for Lenny Kravitz, Jody Watley, and Paula Abdul. Karin currently performs in television and independent films along with running her own real estate business in Southern California.

Michelle Chantal – Patricia
Michelle combined her unique style as a performance artist, dancer, and athlete with her passion for rock and roll to work with some of rock’s greatest legends over the past 20 years. She’s performed in music videos with Billy Idol, Rod Stewart, Prince, and Michael Jackson. Michelle performed with the legendary Cher for 13 years. On one of many world tours, she discovered a passion for jewelry design. In addition to performing, Michelle creates timeless silver pieces influenced by gothic architecture and the rock world. Her jewelry is worn and sought after by many of today’s hottest rockers.

Jasper Watts – Detective Harry Reece
Jasper can be seen in more than a dozen Indie films shot on location in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.  He’s played “the detective” on and off screen for thirty years. As a licensed private investigator, his work has taken him on national and international adventures.   Jasper performed in the cult film classic Clownhouse  working with  film director Vincent Salvo and has worked as a technical advisor on television and film crime stories.
